Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Blow Block website, downloads, trials and purchases.
1. Product and eligibility
Blow Block is a NinjaTrader 8 desktop AddOn intended for adult traders who are legally permitted to use trading software in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for a compatible Windows computer, NinjaTrader installation, brokerage permissions and internet access.
2. Trial and purchase
The free trial lasts fourteen days from license issuance and may be limited to one trial per person or installation. A lifetime license is a perpetual right to use the purchased major version on one registered installation; it is not ownership of the software or source code.
3. Acceptable use
You may not share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, modify, publish or use Blow Block to create a competing derivative product. Installation transfers require prior support approval.
4. Trading responsibility
You retain full responsibility for every order, setting and account. Blow Block does not provide investment advice and cannot guarantee that an order will be blocked, cancelled or filled in every market, connectivity or platform condition.
5. Availability and changes
We may provide maintenance, security fixes and product changes. Trading platforms, brokers and funded-account providers may change independently and affect compatibility.
