1. Data controller

2. Information we process

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, the date and time of registration, and the signup source. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser or device data, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. We do not request sensitive personal information through the waitlist.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your information to:

• manage your place on the Blow Block early-access list;
• send product-development, availability, launch, and related commercial updates;
• answer privacy requests and maintain suppression records when you unsubscribe; and
• operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website.

For waitlist and marketing communications, processing is based on your consent. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Essential security and operational processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a safe and reliable service, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Service providers and international transfers

We may share information only as necessary with vendors that provide website hosting, database, security, email-delivery, analytics, or professional services. Some providers may process information outside Mexico. We require service providers to handle personal information only for the contracted purposes and with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and security

Waitlist information is retained while we prepare and launch Blow Block and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, unless you unsubscribe or a longer period is required to meet a legal obligation. Limited suppression records may be kept to respect your opt-out. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and restrict access to authorized personnel, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request portability. In Mexico, these include the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO).

To submit a request, email privacy@blowblocktrading.com with your name, the email address associated with your request, the right you wish to exercise, and a clear description of your request. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

7. Children

Blow Block is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the waitlist. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the product and our data practices evolve. The current version will always be available at this address, with the effective and last-updated dates shown above. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
