1. Data controller

Grupo Meplatex is responsible for the processing of your personal information. Our contact address is 5802 Bob Bullock C1-IM18000093, Laredo, Texas 78041, United States. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@blowblocktrading.com.

2. Information we process

We may collect your email address, Installation ID, requested license type, Stripe order reference, support notes, referral code and relevant transaction or communication dates. Stripe processes payment-card information directly; Blow Block does not ask you to submit complete card information. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser data and request logs.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use information to:

• provide downloads, trials, purchases and machine-bound licenses;
• verify payment and prevent duplicate or fraudulent license issuance;
• deliver product, support, security and service communications;
• attribute a voluntary referral or promotion;
• meet accounting, legal and dispute-resolution obligations; and
• operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website.

Contractual processing is necessary to provide requested trials, purchases and support. Optional marketing relies on consent. Security and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests where permitted by law.

4. Service providers, payments, and international transfers

We may share information only as necessary with providers for hosting, databases, security, email delivery, payment processing and professional services. Stripe receives and processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Some providers may process information outside Mexico. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

License, transaction and support records are retained for the life of the license and as needed for tax, fraud-prevention, contractual and legal obligations. Uncompleted trial or marketing records may be deleted after 24 months without meaningful activity. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request portability. In Mexico, these include the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO).

To submit a request, email privacy@blowblocktrading.com with your name, the email address associated with your request, the right you wish to exercise, and a clear description of your request. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

7. Children

Blow Block is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly issue licenses or collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the product and our data practices evolve. The current version will always be available at this address, with the effective and last-updated dates shown above. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
