We provide a complete fourteen-day trial so customers can evaluate compatibility and functionality before purchasing.
Before purchasing
Please use the trial with simulation accounts and confirm that Blow Block imports, opens and behaves as expected on your NinjaTrader installation.
Lifetime licenses
Because a machine-bound digital license is delivered after payment, completed and activated licenses are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges, an incorrect product delivery or a verified inability to activate caused by Blow Block will be reviewed promptly.
Requesting help
Contact support@blowblocktrading.com within fourteen days of purchase. Include the purchase email, Stripe receipt and Installation ID. Do not include card or brokerage credentials.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction.
