End-User License Agreement
This agreement defines the license granted to install and use Blow Block.
1. License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, Grupo Meplatex grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blow Block on the Installation ID authorized in your license file.
2. Restrictions
You may not distribute the installer as your product, share license files, remove technical protections, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, rent, sublicense, sell access to or create derivative works from Blow Block except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Ownership
Blow Block, its code, interface, documentation, marks and all related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner. The license grants use, not title.
4. Trial and expiration
A trial license is temporary. After expiration, protected functionality is disabled until a valid paid license is imported. Local settings may remain on the computer.
5. Warranty and liability
The software is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. It is not warranted to prevent every loss or operate without interruption. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and account supervision.
6. Termination
The license may be terminated for material breach, unauthorized distribution, license circumvention or fraudulent payment. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions and liability survive termination.
